Hey guys, I represent RC Capital, a multifamily acquisition firm backed by a network of private equity and family offices looking to acquire large multifamily deals of 25 units or greater in growing markets around the Southeast in price points of $2M or greater. Would love to build lasting relationships to partner throughout the future.
