This will be a house hack duplex.

I'm late to this thread but I am looking to get in to wholesaling in NC in the near future. I am in the due diligence process right now to purchase my first ever property that I'll be house hacking . I appreciate all the solid information and advise by everyone in the thread.

Hello everybody, my name is Connor. I live in California right now, but will be moving to Raleigh-Durham area in a few months and plan on buying a rental property there next year. Hopefully plan on buying more than a few rentals over the next 10-15 years. I found this site through watching the BP podcast on youtube and reading 2 BP books.
