There are a lot of Property Management companies Big ones like Colony american Homes or Waypoint Homes and there are small ones. My question is what makes a Management company Attractive to you?

Okay so podcasts books webinars these are all well and good but hands on experience is probably the best way for me to get an education. With that being said i want to get a real estate licence  my question is where to get an affordable and quality education, I have a full time job so time is a sensitive matter im leaning towards an online program can any one recommend an institute?

Hello every one

Just joining from Aurora CO

Im interested in buy and hold real estate duplexes and triplexes eventually i would like to move into larger apartment complex type properties.

I prefer to take a slow cautious approach so im doing a lot of reading and research right now.
