There's a 10 property portfolio in Newark Ohio about 25 mins east of where Intel is investing billions into the area to build new chip manufacturing facilities. Great value add opportunity. If anyone is interested i'd be happy to talk it through.

My brokerage (Shai-Hess Commercial Real Estate in Newark Ohio) has a unique property at 3500 Blacklick Eastern Road in Millersport Oh (30 mins East of Columbus). Its an estate on 101 acres. Is there a particular space within Bigger Pockets that I'm allowed to market specific deals or services. I was hoping to use this space to collaborate with other investors who may be interested in markets outside of their normal operations.
