Hello Everyone,

I'm in the process of buying a cottage on Cape Cod and wondering if I should bail out with this pandemic.  It is typically a great area for weekly rentals near the ocean, but I am concerned about what this summer will bring.  We really love the cottage and it is in a great location, but I am nervous with current events around coronavirus.

I know people don't have a crystal ball, but do you think beach rentals are going to get slammed this summer?  Would you bail?

Thanks!
