No, it’s a slab foundation. San Antonio is notorious for a little shifting because of the moisture differences in the ground underneath.

I am currently looking into buying my first rental property in San Antonio. Our friends are offering it to us at a great deal, but there is a slight sink in the foundation. It's not significant, and they said that there hasn't been a difference in the foundation in the last 9 years. (They monitored it). I am buying to rent it out. I am wondering if you would suggest fixing the foundation (about $8k), or if I would be okay renting it out without fixing the foundation?
