Try TD bank. American heritage credit union. And some other local credit unions.

I think PenFed used to but doesnt anymore

Alan, thanks again for the suggestion. I am a Realtor of 20 years in Southern New Jersey if I can ever be of assistance and I sometimes get investors in your area I would be happy to keep you in mind for referrals.

Wow TD Bank does them. HELOC on investment property. Duplex. Thanks for the suggestion. They also do 75% loan to value.

Thanks for all the info. The HELOAN seems like a viable option but I would love to find a HELOC.

Will keep trying.

I'm in New Jersey, they said they don't do equity lines on duplexes. Going to call more banks today.

Quote from @Paul Cijunelis:

I would suggest making a few more calls. What reason(s) were given for not funding a HELOC or cash out loan on your properties?

I am trying to pull equity from one or both of my duplexes but having a hard time finding a bank who does equity lines on duplexes. Any suggestions?
