I appreciate all the advice, I feel like the things I need most are ways to finance deals locally around Manchester, few funds of my own, was hoping for an inside scoop on some trustworthy buyers agents, resources to research market trends to find out what sells around my area, then either refinance or sell. As to providing value I would be more than happy to bird dog or offer my services in any way. But as Jay said I don't want to be taken advantage of. How do I avoid that\ how often does that happen? Also I think getting my license would actually be a great idea! Thank you all for your insight!

Also I'm new and inexperienced, but optimistic!

I work in a business where I meet a lot of people, one of whom introduced herself as a property manager and she recommended I speak to a successful real estate investor in Manchester, NH where I am from. She gave me his name and contact info, and I haven't called mostly because I'm not sure what to say and ask. Any advice?
