Our firm handles the confirmation process (quiet title) for many tax deed properties in Arkansas. 

Be sure to do your research before you bid or make an offer! 

Try to learn what other parties may have an interest in the property, and whether their interest continues to stand after the redemption period has ended. (some do, some don't) Also, make sure to lay eyes on the property when possible. Many pictures are outdated and show a house on the land, when the house has since been razed.
