I recently joined the CT REIA and I've decided id like to go to one or two seminars in the upcoming months. I think it's usually 100$ for Saturday and Sunday 830-600pm. I know knowledge can be attained as well as networking. But have any of you attended weekend seminars like this?

I'm young at age 23 but looking to build up money and capital. What's the best way I can start flipping houses to start the new year? I need to go look for money but don't know where to start.

@shawn holsapple thanks I've read rich dad poor dad but I explained to her her the idea! It's about investing in the future lol the house may not be paid off for 15-20 years but a little cash flow will come, we will eventually get 100% cash flow after the mortgage is paid off, move out and hold on. Any advice ?
