Roys restaurant group (fine dining high grossing businesses) always chooses locations that aren't right on the beach, but has the name, like Trump, to make a lesser location work, and therefore can get a better deal on the space, and in turn be more profitable

I have to come in somewhere between the 2 ends of the spectrum. Location is indeed very important, but buying at the right price is really more important

From what I have found hard money people want a couple points down, and interest above 12%. sometimes 6 months before payments are due.

If the mortgage giants go away, either new company's will move in or the giants will be reorganized in a new way. there is too much money in that business(25 Trillion) for that business to go away.
its a good time to buy.
