Hello BP members!

I've actually been apart of this community for awhile now but mainly just as a knowledge source for learning more about investing in real estate. I decided it was time to start networking and building up some useful contacts for when I get my first property. As far as what I want to specialize in... I have been looking to get into the Buy/Hold, BRRRR, and FIX/FLIP Real Estate investing niches/strategies.

I am currently working an 8-5 job and want to get into something I would enjoy more. I have experience with remodeling and used to be an Apprentice Plumber/HVAC tech, so that's why I'm thinking the first property that I get should be a Fix/flip to then turn around and fund a larger deal with the money made from that.

My end goal is to be able to get out of the rat race via investing in real estate and move from that 8-5 job to investing full time. So, if any of you amazing people are looking to help a new investor get started I'd love to hear from you and start a dialogue.

Can't wait to make better use of this community and meet some awesome people along the way!
