Hello, my name is Colton Heller. I am a recent college graduate looking to jump into real estate at full boar. I am excited to start this venture and seek any advice for the real estate beginner that anyone may have to offer. I am looking for real estate in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

I am interested in single or multi-family homes to either flip, or rent.
