Good evening all,

I have a SFH purchase coming soon in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I'm not from the area. Does anyone have any recommendations for home inspections in the area?

@Lateefah Mathews thank you. I'm definitely open to partnerships and alternative financing methods. I'm starting with this initial SFH just to get my foot in the door, but really want to move to multi-family units. I'm doing as much reading as I can to figure out the best way to get there.

@Joseph Bui I'm generally open to anywhere. I live in Texas, the SFH I'm looking at is in Arkansas. For me, it'll be more about the property/deal and its potential. I've also looked at Memphis for SFH, seems like a good market there. Just want to expand. Would love any knowledge you can pass on

Hi everyone. I'm relatively new to the real estate investing world. I've been reading books and learning from various online groups over the last few months. I can't wait to get started, and have a small SFH rental lined up as of now. I want to move on to bigger units eventually, but can't wait to learn from everyone here. Mainly want to learn how to finance larger purchases.
