 Yes, you should be able to now login with the credentials you used to create the account. The cities listed that are available are listed on the landing page and when you go to check out, this is an initial release so we're unable to have all cities as of now, this will continue to grow as more users signup. But, would love to get your opinion of the platform and the overall experience with it, even though I understand it may be limited because of not being available in your region.

Also, you can download ALL the data into a CSV for your own use!

Thank you for reaching out! It's very common to have a credit card used during a free-trial sign up. This allows us to make sure you're a real person and also a seamless transition if you decide to continue with a paid subscription. Nothing is charged until the trial ends and you have full control to end your membership at anytime before you are ever charged. All payment information is handled directly with stripe to make this whole process seamless.

@Nicholas L. unfortunately no, BUT it handles a lot of the typical calculations that an investor would typically do before you even walk on-site to a property. So it's more so a data aggregation tool that allows you to even download all the data of all the listings with 50 miles of the city that you're targeting, cities are limited as of now.

Though it would be cool to do something like that, it's not the intent. More so to be able to target a groups of possible homes based on the math and then from there you do more of a hands-on approach, this helps reduce hours and hours of searching on zillow, blogs, forums, groups etc. 

You can check out the application I built that helps investors, specifically real estate investors find homes in their area. It helps handle all the "back of the envelope" calculations a head of time for all listings within 50 miles of your city. It pulls and refreshes it's listing data daily!
