Hello,

I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience in Cabin rental in Gatlinburg TN? I appreciate any response and would love to learn more about it. Thanks!

Hey, What are some different ways to get creative financing? I have a multifamily property that seems like it would be a good deal but its a bigger property and the price is pretty steep, I was just curious about some different ways of being able to do a bigger deal or partner with someone, and what is something that a young investor with not a lot of capital or a ton of funds can bring to the table to be able to partner.

Thank you all for the feed back, much appreciated. @Jeremy Nault I would love to talk sometime I'm always eager to learn. I still am learning on what are some key factors that make a deal profitable when it comes to house hacking. @Joshua Janus it is a goal of mine, I want to build a portfolio of rentals as time goes on and create passive income. @Nick Riccio thanks for the feedback, do you mind explaining a little more about what you mean by HCOL?

Ive Considered looking at of state, Because the city I'm in is a very tough market right now as far as finding a deal where the numbers work for a multifamily property. I know you would have to learn the market in the area you are looking but have any of you invested out of state and it go well? either to house hack or just investing in general?

Young investor just starting out, I have decided to house house anybody care to show some pros and cons of it? What are some things you wish you knew before you started investing in multifamily?
