@Abel Curiel Right now, I am primarily looking at long term rentals with buy and hold opportunity primarily through my own research on Zillow. Once I figure out a few markets I am interested in, I plan on establishing a relationship with investor friendly agents in those markets.

@Ko Kashiwagi thank you for that advice! Where is the best place to find people who will JV with me?

Hi everyone,

I apologize for my ignorance on the subject, but I was hoping someone could help me navigate a part of my real estate investing journey. I am a 22-year-old college student and I would love to start my real estate investing journey now. However, I only have about $10,000 of capital that I could free up, so I was wondering if someone could offer me advice on the best way to get a deal funded when I find one. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi all, I am from Jackson, TN and I am new to my real estate investing journey! I am a real estate agent in Jackson, which I have been doing for a little over a year. I also attend pharmacy school here. I now want to transition to real estate investing, which I hope to do for the rest of my life. I have been trying to learn as much about real estate investing as I can through BiggerPockets and other sources, and I am looking for people here who I can network with and help each other through our real estate investing journeys!
