@Alex Maass

Thanks!

@Michael Chilton

I’m a #newbie ...but what they say in the book on rental property investing is that multifamily 4 unit and below are treated like a residential property by banks, and are analyzed based on comps rather than their earning potential... so hopefully that bank would view it the same

A few people have mentioned to me using luana bank as being fairly investor friendly, so they might be a place you could have a conversation with a loan officer and see if they’re familiar with what you’re trying

Good luck! Either way those numbers look pretty sweet. Is the 4 unit rural or in a metro area?

@Anthony Wick have you found it very hard to find banks comfortable with lending through your LLC? That's something A number of people have cautioned me about

@Timothy W Hanson

Congrats man!

@Justin Reyes I’ve been thinking about the same thing...

Does anyone have a thoughts about what would the advantages of a 401k loan vs a HELOC or even a cash out refi?

Hello BP! I’m brand new to learning about real estate investing. My wife and I are almost finished paying off our student debt via our day jobs and want to learn about using real estate to achieve financial independence. We’re interested in accumulating buy and hold rentals to eventually generate cash flow that exceeds our living expenses. I’ve been going through the podcast and i’m on episode 30: any favorite episodes I should skip ahead and check out? Excited to learn from you all!
