@Collin Burton I forgot to mention I will be getting a brokers license as I see it as well worth it.

Hello all I just downloaded this app and I can already tell it’s going to be a big help! I’m Collin Burton 16 and a junior at Howell high school in Michigan. I’m looking for advice as to what I can do at this age? My main interests are commercial and multi family real estate. I am always learning by reading books and now I will be listening to the biggerpockets podcast. The book I’m currently reading is “Think and grow rich” and I really like it I’ve heard a lot of positive things about “rich dad poor dad” also. I have no plans to attend college as I have no interest in getting 6 figures in debt to try and learn something I can learn much better in the real world. However I will be attending a apprenticeship program to build capital and to get started in real estate as this apprenticeship is good for 6 figure salary by the end of it so it’s definitely a good start. I’m looking for any advice you may have for me at this point in my adventure into real estate thank you for taking your time to read this and sharing your thoughts.

Hello! I’m 16 and I’m a junior at Howell high school in Michigan. I’m trying to find the best place to start at this age that has a low initial investment. I’m always trying to find new ideas, new ways of going about things and I’m always educating myself. Currently I am reading think and grow rich which is an amazing book. I am very ambitious and stop at nothing to get to where I want and will be. My biggest interest is in commercial multi family real estate. I have a couple awesome people I reach out to to get advice but what’s a better way than to reach out to hundreds and familiarize myself with this platform. I have no plans to attend college I find myself to learn much more through the real world and not getting 6 figures into student loans but I will be attending a awesome apprenticeship program really only to build capital to invest and get my real estate career rolling. However I will be getting a brokers license as I see no reason to not spend the $400 to receive something as valuable as that. Thank you for your time to read this message and for your advice. - Collin
