Great to hear.  Excuse me, what is REG A docs-   What will be your website address?   How soon will you be rolling out your platform?  What will be the minimum investment?

I am thinking about investing with the subject companies.   Have anyone have experience with them. 

Have anyone done business with the listed businesses?   What are the short and long advantageous and disadvantages investing with these types of companies?  Your comments, experience and advice is important.

Zachary, that was the best information and advice I received all year.  I am researching and reading books to educate myself, however, with so much information, you really have to pin point which strategies you going to use for your current position, etc.  Now,  working on my  business plan,  I want to know if I need to have my real estate license. I've talked with a real estate investor who had his license for 10 years, never sold a house.
