@Mindy Jensen if I was in my 20’s, maybe even my early 30’s two buck chuck wouldn’t be a bad idea! Now that I’m 42 the post wine headaches are not fun! I can’t drink too cheap anymore. Or maybe I just tell myself so I can drink the deelish wines instead 😊

@Nicole Heasley I can completely understand what you’re saying! Thank you for the insight. I will definitely keep this in my mind when buying.

@Greg Gaudet wow!!! Sounds like you found a great way to get to where you want to be. What a great idea! Do you have your own place in Maui as well?

@Patrick Britton I appreciate your response very much. A couple of glasses of wine in I read that article. Yes it did scare me a little. I think everything I’m reading is a little bit scary though. But the feeling that comes up way more often is excitement. You know when things sort of fall into place and it seems like it’s all happening for a reason. Yeah that’s where I’m at right now. I’m willing to do the work and excited about it. I had a momentary lapse of sanity for sure. I can assure you I have the huevos for this business though. Thank you for all your advice. You’re so right.... I cannot take the advice of just one person. I know that in my own life so I’m not sure what scared me with the article. Truthfully I just think this is all so new... I work on an ambulance! REI has never been in my vocabulary! Thank you again though!

@Mike D'Arrigo that last point you made really drove it home for me! You’re so right. I need to remember that everyone does this business differently. I appreciate this forum though so very much! You are all amazing for all the help you give.

@Ryan Alacon thank you! I agree that I would like to visit where I’m going to buy. That’ll help calm my nerves I think. Thank you for all the amazing advice and good luck to you as well!!

@James Free thank you! I think I just had a momentary freak out. I have people coming at me from every which way telling me that this is a bad idea. I also have people who are incredibly supportive of course they are bigger Pockets listeners! I just need to keep doing what I’m doing and I know I will be successful! It’s jumping in that’s the hardest part!
