If you are looking for properties all over Pinellas County I would love to connect with you. I sell around 15-20 properties a month. 

There are a ton of good meet ups in the area. if you go to meetup.com and search for investment real estate you will find all the dates and times. 

Using wholesalers to find off market properties is a great way to save a lot of time. If you do not have the time and energy to send out mailers or make your own marketing, wholesalers are where you will find deals. Still do the same due diligence you would on any other house you would buy. You will pay a little more than if you found the property on your own, but you will save so much time and effort.

I wouldn't pay any attention to those large guru seminars. between this website and local meet ups you can go to, you will be able to learn everything you need to know. I would check out meetup.com for meet ups over in Brandon. I have been to a fair amount of good ones over there. If you are looking to learn more about hard money, flipping, or wholesaling definitely reach out to me.

This house has the traditional bungalow style look. Could be a great flip for someone who loves bringing old charm back to life.

Congrats on buying your first condo! the best place to look for investment real estate meet ups are on meetup.com. You can search by area or field of interest. There a a ton of groups in Tampa, but I am sure it is the same over on your side of the state.

You can not find houses like this! Needs a huge rehab, but the potential is huge. Please get in contact with me for more details.
