I am a general contractor in Long Island NY for the past 25 years. I have fixed and flipped numerous houses for a private investor. Now, I am putting together a current portfolio of investors with private money lenders to invest in several pending and future opportunities. I currently have a team in place and we are ready to move forward in fix and flips and acquiring rental properties. As a contractor, would I need a property management team for acquired properties?
