Hello Guys!!

As a newbie investor, am seeking ways of making multiple offers per month. I came across these two sites and wondering if anyone has used the software before.

Both software talks about making multiple offers with a click of a button.

Your inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm a newbie here to network with other investors and to learn from the experienced investors. My background is in engineering and just started in real estate investing this year

I'm currently flipping in Houston, TX and would love to flip in other states where there are awesome hot deals. Houston market is very saturated for SFH properties.

Am also interested in seeking private lenders for our deals.

Thank you all!!

@ Joe,

Congrats!! Hope to get your level some day :)

Did you say the apartment was purchased in Houston? If so, which part of Houston?

Thanks!!
