Nice work on the 4plex! Those are tough to find in the area. I've found a few multi-fam in Trail but have been hesitant to purchase so far.

I met with a local accountant to discuss my options. In the end it came down to the fact that there is no real benefit/doesn't make much sense until you have enough properties/income to form a real estate company. I do plan to buy and hold more properties. We purchased a second apartment back in December and just finished a little "refreshing" on it and are currently trying to get it occupied.

I was wondering if anybody knows a good account, preferably in the interior however these days location doesn't really matter as much. I'm looking for advice as well as will need somebody to help come tax season. Thanks!

Hey Guys, I was wondering is it possible for us to get a foreclosure list like our friends in the south do or does it violate a privacy law? I googled it and some websites come up but its hard to tell if any of them are legit or not.

@Stacey Jarratt I've been keeping my eyes open in Castlegar. I am also looking for a multifamily and have interest in a self storage and i've noticed first hand how difficult it is finding storage space around here. I currently have a rental apartment in Rossland.

@Edison Reis I have noticed you are a member of REIN Canada. Would you mind sharing what you think the benefits of it are?
