Go Bears!! @Chris Mason thank you for all the suggestions! Yes I am soon ordering Rich Dad poor dad, everyone reads it and raves about it! As far as a niche I have an interest in multi-family rentals, with a buy-and-hold strategy. David Lindahl's 'Emerging Real Estate Markets' did a great job laying out this strategy, great read!

I'm a student-athlete at the University of California Berkeley, and i'm interesting in learning more about real estate investing! I hope to meet any local investors around Berkeley or San Francisco, as well as get involved in multi-family units within the Bay area!
