I am a full time Police Officer in Central Florida. I passed my exam and am looking for the right fit for a Brokerage to work under.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $530,000
Cash invested: $170,000

Full Home Fix and Flip that is around 80% of the way completed. 3,296 sq ft, new roof, plumbing, electrical and kitchen. All new bathrooms and flooring in the entire house. Reframed throughout all common living spaces.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on our own through Zillow and went to an open house and spoke to the home owners about what we wanted to accomplish and they accepted our offer.

How did you finance this deal?

Throughout two partners, one investor and one joint.

How did you add value to the deal?

Most work was completed by the partners and focused on updating the home.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I was not a fan of the agent we used, which led me to getting my own license for the future.
