Thanks Al, yes here is info on the first brrrr project. The house is a Single Family home, 2 bed, 1 bath 800 sq ft. I bought this off market for $25k. My initial rehab estimate was $16k to $18K. The ARV I am estimating at $55k. Rent estimate I used was $600. The house is in worse shape than I thought so I am putting in more sweat equity than I had planned. Initial projection was 2 months on the rehab, should be pretty close to that time line.

I started an LLC for real estate investing, basically buy and hold. I am finding out that others want to partner and have 3 different requests. My question is do I start a new LLC with each person that I believe will be a good partner?

Half is better than none and I can get 3 or 4 houses potentially done in the same time I can accomplish one on my own.

Hello bigger pockets!  I have been reading and learning for a few months.  I finally purchased my first property in Wichita and am in the process of rehabbing now.  I am not someone that posts to sites much but I am jumping in as I am starting to see chances for me to contribute and reply.  I have lived here for many years so know the areas fairly well.
