Post: Wholesale or save and buy first deal ?

@Robert Nelson another newbie here but I’m fighting with the same choices, I would say if it’s possible to save for your first deal I would do that, it takes a lot of stress away from the process cause you don’t have to try and figure out a way to make the deal happen from a wholesale standpoint. It really just depends on the seller. I would still try wholesaling without using your own money though.

Have yet to make any deals wholesaling just yet but would like to donate some money to a any non profit organizations in the area if I do happen to secure deals. My number 1 priority in life is to help people so any suggestions for good charities is greatly appreciated!

Completely new to wholesaling but have already been offered an out of state partnership with another wholesaler. Of course I’m going to wait until I get a few deals under my belt before I look into out of state options but any tips or information from someone experienced in that specific wholesaling strategy would be greatly appreciated!

I’m new to wholesaling and real estate in general. Been doing a lot of research lately and feeling more and more comfortable in starting the process. Would love any tips or recommendations or just any information that will lead to more success!
