Hi, BP. I am new to real estate investing and I've been told by almost every real estate investor that I don't NEED a real estate license to be an investor. But every successful real estate investor I know has a real estate license. But there are so many to choose from. So I'm asking you guys. What is the best program to get enrolled in? I want it for the education. I live in Texas and I know there's hundreds out there but what is your advice? Thanks in advance!

I live in College Station. Spring isn't that far of a stretch for me. I would welcome setting up a day and time with you to discuss our goals and how we could help each other.

I'm looking to specialize in wholesaling and learn everything I can about it. I would like to be shown how they work from start to finish and what exit-strategy needed to be applied to the particular deal. In return, I can perform tasks for investors and help within their business.

Hello, biggerpockets! My name is Colin and I am new to real estate investing. I would love the opportunity to work with anyone in the College Station, Austin, Waco, and Houston area for no compensation. Just to be shown the ropes. As a former car salesman, I am a very talented people-person and can do just about anything with minimal guidance. If you're interested, please drop me a line! Thanks in advance!

Hello, BiggerPockets! My name is Colin Clark and I live right in the heart of Agggieland. College Station, Texas! A little about me, I have a beautiful girlfriend of over a year named Maddie. We have 2 dogs: a Chocolate Lab named Deuce and a Shih Tzu named Muffins (Maddie's dog). All of whom I love very much.

Anyway, I am very excited to propel my real estate business forward through building friendships and relationships with all of those willing to do the same with me. Anyone willing to help me I am prepared to do the return the favor in any way that I can. The one niche I am most excited about learning is the art of wholesaling. And after that is mastered, then move on to rehabbing, buy and hold with income properties and ultimately hard money lending! Once again, I appreciate any and all information about real estate. And if there is a question I can answer I will be more than willing to help out. And heck, if you're local, I love buying lunch!
