@Sylvia Cordes, I would like to secure my first rental property, in any way possible. I may look for hard money to rehab a property and refinance to pay off the investor. That's what I'm thinking right now, but I expect to have a better idea after I've met people in my area. My long term plan is to buy commercial rental properties but I will start with what I can.
