Does anyone know of any grant programs that offer $10,000-$15,000 in the Northeast Region?

Hello everyone,

I am looking to take advantage of a grant program to purchase my house. However, with this program, a conventional loan is required. I was told that with multifamily properties, a minimal of 15% down payment is required for conventional loans. Does anyone know of any banks who accept lower down payment options? Or possibly other options?

Hello everyone, I joined last week! I reside in New York and I'm looking to invest and live in a MFP in the Westchester County,  Bronx County or Fairfield County area. I'm looking for good deals,  as this will be my first property.  For those who know about this market,  what do you suggest?
