Hello All Bigger Pockets Family,

My name is Coles Mercier, and I am only a few months old as a license realtor in Maryland. During this time, I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to leverage my license without negatively impacting my normal 9-5. I've worked with several clients in my short career, however, none finalized with me actually closing. My interest in Real Estate is primarily on investing and working with investors; however, because my experience in Real Estate is so limited, I would like to experience different aspects of the industry and figure out where I am best suited later.
