@Andrew Pettit everyone thinks they can buy some rentals and be set for life right now. Statistically there is a much higher chance that this plan won’t work out for most of us. If it doesn’t work out for you, you will want the Finance degree. I would advise you to get the degree.

@Brad Hornecker it’s really coming together. How’s your budget doing? When I saw the first pictures I didn’t think your rehab budget was enough to fully update the home. If y’all are doing a lot of work yourself this should help though.

@Thomas Moran if the ARV really is $200K and you are getting it at $107K and it only needs a light rehab you need to close and not worry about the wholesaler.
