Hey @Cole McDaniel, welcome to the BP Forum! I'm working with a client on an RV Park refi in NM and I'm working with these lenders right now: Celtic Bank, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, and CCF Bank.

Hey BP community, I have two separate clients who are each looking for financing to acquire RV/Campground parks.  Each park is operational and cash flow positive, one is in upstate NY, the other is in central GA.  Our normal lending partners won't lend to these types of deals so I'd love to know if there is anyone here who has a line on lenders who do.
