Does anyone have experience with purchasing a multifamily property that inherits an existing bulk cable contract that is horrible and was there any way you were able to terminate? The contract we're dealing with goes until 2027 and our business plan includes implementing faster internet and smart technology which we wouldn't be able to do unless we can find a way out. Want to avoid being sued for the full amount and asking the seller for a credit if possible. Any advice?
