Hi Everyone, 

Just wanted to see if I could ask the bigger pockets community about what to look for in my first house hacking opportunity, 

With a little help from my family I am looking to invest into a pre construction town home in Guelph. 

I wanted to reach out to see if this is a good deal and I wanted to reach out to someone with experience in Guelph to see if they can help analyze it. 

Reach out to me if you would like to learn more, but essentially it is a town home in Guelph that me and my brother would be living in two units along with two other people.

Thank you for the advice! I think I will spend the next two years really saving and living within my means.

Along with market research as I believe this will be one of the difference makers in finding a great deal.

I’m a real estate and I wanted to pick your brain a little bit.

As a younger investor with limited capital. I wanted to inquire about what age, amount of capital and mindset do you need to have to buy your first rental property?

I will buy mine in the future but I really wanted to hear from some experts first!
