Hey Bp, new investor from the Pittsburgh area. I would love to connect with and hopefully quickly chat with experienced investors whether in the Pittsburgh area or not. I am currently searching for deals and using the BRRRR method. Any investors that have started or using that method I would love to get some helpful advice from. There is a lot of unknown things but I would love to leverage experienced investors who have done this successfully. I truly believe if you want to become great at something learn first from people who have done it. Looking forward to making new connections and hopefully a mentor type relationship to help me in my journey.

Thanks!
