One thing I would question first is the condition of the property, usually sellers always have a couple issues they are trying to keep secret, Make sure you have a good contractor before leaping in on anything.

Hello bigger pockets community, I plan on buying my first property after I graduate college at the end of 2023. I have a-lot of questions still but for now i'll narrow it down. I have been worried about how taxes will work once I own a property, Filing for taxes now just for my w-2 job is hard enough, so I can only imagine the difficulties I will have when it comes to a property as well. I know I can hire a Cpa or book keeper to help me out, but I don't know if that will be the right decision until tax season rolls around. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks !

How long do you have to wait to refinance out of a loan, to use the same option on another property, for example an FHA loan.

Excited to start my journey in Columbus !

Hey BP community, I plan on buying my first rental after I graduate school, and have some questions about the loan I want to receive. I plan on owner occupying a duplex or tri-plex, so I can qualify for a FHA loan therefore requiring less of a down payment. I know credit and years of income play a massive role when getting approved for a loan, but for the FHA specifically is there any other requirements I should be attending too before I go to get approved ? I plan on starting the whole process at the end of 2023 just for reference.

Hi BP community, Ive been researching a-lot into the Columbus area, and plan on buying my first rental there once I graduate from college. I've been watching a-lot of podcasts, and each one has a different opinion on how appreciation will affect the market going into the next year. What I want to know is what the BP thinks about how market trends will affect the Columbus area in 2023, and will it still be a good year for a newbie in the space to buy his first property !

Ive recently been hearing a-lot of buzz around on the housing market going into a so called "recession" in 2023 and its got me a little worried. I plan on buying my first rental property somewhere in Qtr 3 or 4 of 2023. Ive been doing my dueldillengence and trying to studying up on market trends, but everyone is saying different things and it hard to block out the noise. Would be nice if some experienced investors could give me their insights in the comments thanks !!!!

Trouble finding good deals, and also issues with financing deals when I do finally find the good deals.
