Thought I could also share a little about myself incase I happen to share similar hobbies with like minded people, In the summers in Sandpoint, ID I like fly fishing, camping, golf, frisbee golf, and more but those are the ones i'm pretty regular with and in winter time I  enjoy snowboarding up at Schweitzer and I also like to workout. 

I have an entrepreneurial mind set so I'm always seeking ways to create the best version of myself and seek business opportunities, which is why I got into real estate. 

Hey everyone, I’m new to real estate and just getting started in northern Idaho. I’m looking to learn more about how investors are finding good deals in this market.

- What strategies are you using to source deals right now? MLS? Off-market leads? Networking?

- Are there any particular challenges or roadblocks you’re running into when trying to find deals in today’s market?

- If you were starting from scratch today, where would you focus your efforts first?
