I have several other endeavors in and out of real estate that keep getting in the way. But str investment in Spain is the pipe dream. Hello, I'm looking to get into the Ft Wayne Indiana market with a best friend of mine who is currently working and living in the area. We have just started to look for our first property and would like to get a little more serious with our efforts. If anyone can recommend a great investor minded real estate agent and possible contractors I would appreciate it. Also I would be open to being put on any wholesalers buyers list in the area.
