Hello Biggerpockets Community

I am new investor here in Brampton. I overheard a conversation from a real estate meeting but I forgot who it was. Some guy talked about credit blitsing or bank blitsing?. Can someone elaborate on that in detail?

When is it appropriate?
How much should I get?
Are there Do's and Don't?

Any information related to this specific topic is appreciated😊 im a newbie looking to get my first investment property.

I'm a golden oldie and I've never heard of it.

I just remember the brief point of the discussion saying to raise as much credit as you can in a short period of time or something? Just wondering the implications of that.
