Yes. I think we all agree about the Balance sheet. And as accountants you use it to build a complete picture and ensure completeness.

 Hey Saad,

I recently watched a podcast episode with you about Baselane and decided to create an account. I'm in the boat of looking for alternatives to QBO because of the added expense when needing the classes feature to separate out properties. I really like the UX of Baselane, but I couldn't find a balance sheet which led me to finding this thread.

I have to agree with @Simon W. that a balance sheet is needed for me. I started a new STR partnership where we have 1 active STR & 2 STRs under construction. We have multiple partner loans & private construction loans funding the construction. Personally, I would want to be able to have a better understanding of the assets & liabilities via a balance sheet.

I love the virtual accounts aspect and how easy interface is to use, but can't justify making the switch without visibility into a balance sheet. I hope you guys get it rolled out quickly and I will revisit Baselane once that feature gets released!

Brian Murray (BP Author) and I are looking for recommendations on a commercial property inspector in Waynesville, NC, which is about 30 minutes west of Asheville.

We are under contract on an old lodge that we are planning to convert to multifamily. There are multiple buildings and we know one has fairly significant foundation issues. We have used some inspectors in the past and haven't been to pleased so we are looking for other options.
