Welcome to the site! There are agents on this site, you may be able to connect with- Sounds like you have the drive and you want to invest which is great. Just curious, how do you plan on financing the deal?

Steve, I don't specifically have a deal on the table currently, so I am definitely still exploring my options as far as financing. Being in the military, I do have the VA at my disposal, but I am absolutely in need of more financing education before I can decide on what I would like to pursue.

Hello! I am brand new to investing, and trying to gain all of the information and contacts that I can to begin my journey. One of the main avenues I know that I need to involve myself in is to connect with local Real Estate Agents. I have only purchased one property (the house I currently own, purchased 6 mos ago) and have only dealt with one agent. I would like to see his opinions and potential connections within the local area in regards to investing, but how should I approach him/ other agents? Seeing as I am a young investor, how do I present myself in a professional manner with investing contacts/questions so that I will be taken seriously? There were some hiccups with the purchase of my current home, so I am a little worried that coming to this agent with hopes of investing so soon after won’t be taken seriously, and I’ll be put on the back burner. Any advice? Thank you!

Wealth and not having to work for a paycheck also ensures that I will always be around for my family. Every baseball game, every dance recital, every anniversary.

To me, gaining financial freedom and “super wealth” gives me the ability to live my life however I please, in any manner that I want. After growing up around struggles with finances, I truly realized how strongly a lack of money can completely keep people from doing what they want and love. Gaining wealth also ensures that my children will never have to know the struggles of not having money. I can help them in any way that I need, and lead them to their own financial freedom. Having that wealth also gives me the ability to bless others that aren’t as fortunate as I have been. I just see complete freedom without one of the largest stressors in this world, money.
