Hey all, just Incase I can't respond to everyone (if anyone comments) I would like to say thank you in advance. Now I'm currently saving a deposit up, to start investing with. Now whilst saving this deposit I am wondering what books everyone suggests? I'm looking at buy and hold investments as I want to generate a solid cash flow to start off with. I would also like some information on refinancing - after re evaluation etc. There are many books out there and some could send your thoughts the wrong way, so I'm just wondering what everyone suggests to be a good read , containing valuable information. Thanks

Hey all, My name is Cody, and I am a new member on this site, I was referred to BP from a friend, and I can say I'm very impressed. It's amazing how pro investors are just happy to help people that are just starting out, and even help other investors (new or old) find and close deals. I am truly blown away. As a newbie I would like to say thanks to everyone for The helpful information. Getting on with my introduction,  I am new to this game, and I must say I'm addicted already. I'm just about in the position to start finding deals, I would say a location, but honestly I'm from Australia, and although one day I want to permanently move and get residency into your great country the United States of America, it just hasn't happened yet. So anyway I'm 20 years old, and I want to get serious with investing in buy and holds. I know it's a really big ask, but I'm wondering if anyone would be able to mentor me? I'm not asking for anyone to catch the fish for me, I just want to learn how to fish. I look forward too your replies, even just feedback on my introduction would be appreciated, as I've never done this before would be highly appreciated,

Thanks,

Cody Smith
