TLO, IDI (IDICORE) , Experian are all the leading top notch skip tracing/debt collection info type services.  TLO and IDICORE, I believe still allows you to operate out of your home office.  Experian will not.

TLO and IDICORE both do home inspections to make sure you have a locking door on your office and a paper shredder.  Make sure you do your research on what a valid reason to have access to these services as they may not approve of any sort of solicitation, like wholesaling or getting in touch with direct homeowners.

A decent alternative is BeenVerified.  There are no hoops to jump through and there data is decent for a $20 a month service.  Unlimited searches no batch uploads though.

Happy house hunting

Same shoes here:

-lose your car payment and buy a runner for 1k

-wholesale a house or two (get your first deal)

-Reach out to local investors, network, ask for work

-listen to the podcast, all of them, over and over (time permitting)

Thank you @John Anderson , I'm actually on Experian building a mailing list right now!  I've never used them for mailing, do you have any experience with their quality and price point compared to listsource?

Spent several hours reviewing the best skip tracing like servises out there here is what I found:

     1.  beenverified.com works great at $30 per month and unlimited searches (tip on the payment page hit the back button to try the service for $1 for a week) I have a great luck with up to date phone numbers and social media accounts

2. A book, written mainly for hackers called "How to find out anything about anyone", while a little dated, is a great resource to find out more during your due diligence phase of your larger accusations.

keep your competitive edge with knowledge and research on your possible motivated sellers.
