@Chase C Henderson same here, Chase! Would love to meet and hear about your journey.

Thats correct, we are planning on it being an STR - found a great deal and decided to snag it while we could.

@Min Zhang great to meet you! Looking forward to hearing more about your start and how you scaled.

Hello All,

I I am excited to join this forum/community. I am a younger investor (31) who bought my first multi-family property 3 months out of college to live in and avoid rent. This allowed me to build my first home and get invested early. Unfortunately, I had to sell my multi-family due to family matters but have recently purchased a rental property on Norris Lake TN, along with opening a successful booth rent salon (~2 yrs ago) with my wife.

I work out of state in the banking/tech space (traveling a fair amount) and dedicate a large portion of my week to my job. With that said, I am looking to expand my investments without consuming a significant amount of time.

I look forward to finding community members to converse with and exchange ideas, as well as mentorship (I have a lot to learn!).

Thank You!
Cody
