What have y’all found out about investing in a duplex, triplex, or quadplex? I am looking at starting my first investment in the Layton, Utah area, and am wondering if anyone has and pros/cons or recommendations about investing in one of the above mentioned properties. I am looking to live in one side and rent out the others while doing maintenance to the one I live in, and then as renters move out switching to other units to remodel them.
