@Josh Miller haven’t found anything but a flooded market. I see I buy signs every corner I turn. I recently started taking courses to get my real estate license. My hope is to start there and segway into investments.

Hi, thanks for the response. I’ve never purchased as an investor but have purchased 2 of my own homes in the past. I’m looking 100k-250k single family in and around the 77379 zip code . I don’t want to get to big in size. In the range of  3/2 to 4/2 . I’d like to buy and hold them
