The ability to use the app in landscape mode (turning screen long ways). I currently use the app mainly on my iPad, however you can see it's just a scaled up version of the iPhone app. Being able to use in landscape mode would allow the use of my external keyboard for my iPad.

@John Gambone I'd you don't mind me asking, I see your profile says that you are interested primarily in buy and hold properties. I've heard horror stories from South Carolina as far as people having to pay taxes on rental income. Have you experienced the same?

Good evening All! I'm 26 yrs old, from Darlington, SC and very new to all of this. Currently I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible by reading all of you guys' posts on BP. The wealth of knowledge on these forums is absolutely fascinating. Hopefully I can learn enough and build some confidence in myself so that I can "pull the trigger" and do this (without making too many mistakes). ANY advice is always welcome! Thanks for your time!!
